Handover of keys in person

This service only concerns apartments with key collection from the concierge boxes.

• Arrivals: from 4 p.m.

• Departures: between 8am and 10am (€50 supplement if you take the “late check-out” at 12pm).

Book the key collection at least 24 hours in advance . For a shorter deadline please contact us before ordering to check if this is possible.
